Property Management and Resident Portal

PENCO Management and Enumerate Portal

PENCO Management is the community’s property management company and handles day-to-day operations, resident requests, and official communications.

Residents should use the Enumerate portal for:

  • Maintenance and service requests
  • Architectural change requests
  • Amenity reservations
  • Community updates and announcements
  • Resident directory access

Clubhouse and Amenity Reservations

Reservations for community amenities are managed through the PENCO Management resident portal.

Residents may use the portal to:

  • Reserve either clubhouse
  • Reserve tennis courts
  • View availability, rules, and policies
  • Submit and manage reservation requests

You must be logged into your Enumerate resident account to access reservations.


Requests and Forms

Maintenance Requests

All non-emergency maintenance requests for common areas and HOA-managed property should be submitted through the PENCO Management resident portal.

Use this form to report:

  • Issues in common areas
  • Lighting or electrical problems
  • Clubhouse or amenity concerns
  • Maintenance items requiring attention

Architectural Change Requests

All exterior modifications and property changes that require approval must be submitted through the PENCO Management resident portal.

Use the Architectural Request Form for:

  • Exterior alterations or additions
  • Decks, patios, sheds, or fences
  • Roof, siding, window, or door changes
  • Solar installations or equipment
  • Any modification governed by HOA architectural guidelines

Report a Community Concern or Violation

Residents may submit concerns related to potential HOA rule violations through the PENCO Management resident portal.

This form may be used to report:

  • Ongoing rule or covenant concerns
  • Common area misuse
  • Issues requiring management review

  • Update their own directory visibility and contact preferences
